Returns policy
You can return a product in its original packaging, provided that the packaging has not been damaged by weather phenomena, etc., and we will refund you the price, provided that you notify us of this decision in writing, using the communication form on the website, or by calling the Customer Service Department on +30 2160701170, within 30 calendar days from the date of your order. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legalization documents and delivery receipts. The cost of returning the product to the company's premises is not covered by RAVENNA S.A. and is the responsibility of the customer. The amount refunded by RAVENNA S.A. does not include the cost of the initial delivery to you if it exceeds the cost of a worldwide postal service.
The refund of the price of the returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will be carried out following a written notification of your request for refund of the products and we will accept their return as long as and to the extent that such products are delivered to the Company.
We reserve the right to refuse a product return or replacement during its return.
For sanitary reasons, toilet seats will not be returned.
For products marked "Made to Order", the Company will enter the exact quantity ordered by the Customer and as such no changes, cancellations or returns will be accepted.
You do not have the right to withdraw in the cases of article 3l of law 2251/94 and in any other case provided for by law or the present in accordance with the law.
