E-shop Orders
Card Payment: RAVENNA S.A. e-shop accepts all credit, debit and prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners cards. All card payments are processed through the electronic payments platform "Alpha  e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and use TLS 1.1 encryption with encryption protocol 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a method of coding information till it reaches the intended recipient who is then able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
For credit card purchases follow the instructions on our e-shop. You will be requested to fill in an order form and the number and expiration date, as well as the 3-digit number (CVV) on the back side of your credit card. In the event that the order is performed with the particulars and on behalf of a company, then the credit card used must be a company card. That is, it must be issued with the particulars of the respective company.
Purchase with Installments:  Using VISA & MASTERCARD cards you can purchase products with up to 12 interest-free installments for a value from 100.00€ to 500.00€, up to 24 interest-free installments for a value from 501.00€ to 3,500.00€ and up to 36 interest-free installments for a value from 3,501.00€ and above through your credit card. Using AMERICAN EXPRESS & DINERS cards you can purchase products with up to 4 interest-free installments for a value from 100.00€ to 500.00€, up to 8 interest-free installments for a value from 501.00€ to 3,500.00€ and up to 12 interest-free installments for a value from 3,501.00€ and above.
For heating products purchases you can pay in up to 3 interest-free installments with any card

Physical Store Orders

Card Payment: RAVENNA S.A. physical store accepts all credit, debit and prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners cards.
In the event that you opt to pay with your credit card, you must be present at the time of reception of your order with your credit card and your ID. In this case (i.e. payment with a credit card) it is not allowed for the order to be received by a third party presenting the card with the intention to pay on your behalf. In the event that the order is performed with the particulars and on behalf of a company, then the credit card used must be a company card. That is, it must be issued with the particulars of the respective company. Upon reception of the order, the holder of the company card must be present and must present the card and his/her ID.
Purchase with Installments: You can purchase products with up to 12 interest-free installments for a value from 100.00€ to 500.00€, up to 24 interest-free installments for a value from 501.00€ to 3,500.00€ and up to 36 interest-free installments for a value from 3,501.00€ and above through your credit card. Using AMERICAN EXPRESS & DINERS cards you can purchase products with up to 4 interest-free installments for a value from 100.00€ to 500.00€, up to 8 interest-free installments for a value from 501.00€ to 3,500.00€ and up to 12 interest-free installments for a value from 3,501.00€ and above.
For heating products purchases you can pay in up to 3 interest-free installments with any card

Order payment:
According to the applicable tax provisions, any transaction document representing a value exceeding 500€ (plus VAT) issued to private entities (Retail Receipt) and transaction documents issued to professionals/companies (Sales Invoice) must be settled ONLY in the following ways:
- Deposit / remittance to a bank account
- Charge to a credit or debit card
Transaction documents issued to professional/companies (Sales Invoice) for a value exceeding 500€ and up to 2,999.99€ may also be settled in Cash but are NOT exempt from the customer's expenses.

referencing necessarily the order number, to allow for fast and easy identification. Upon reception of the payment, your order will be routed. Payments - deposits performed off working hours, on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays appear in the store accounts on the next business day. Payments performed through a bank other than those referenced above or through a foreign bank may require two (2) or three (3) business days in order to be concluded.
Cash on delivery payment:
For certain product categories such as faucets, accessories, lids, toilet mechanisms and spare parts there is also the option of SPEEDEX COURIER shipment and payment through cash on delivery method for an amount up to € 200.00.

You can make your payment easily, quickly and safely through IRIS Online Payments! You just need your VAT number or your mobile phone to log-in to your e-banking and complete the transaction. Alternatively, you can also do it by scanning the QR code through ravenna.gr.
