What is the program "installments without a credit card"?- It is an unsecured loan from a cooperating bank, which is granted after approval.
- An ID card and a tax clearance certificate are required to obtain the loan.
- It covers the total purchase cost of furniture, home equipment and services purchased from RAVENNA*
- The loan ranges from €250 to €10,000 depending on the purchase you wish to make.
- The loan is repaid between 6 and 36 months for amounts between €250 and €5,000 and between 6 and 60 months for amounts between €5,000 and €10,000.
- The loan can only be used for purchases with a retail receipt or sole proprietorship invoice.
- The borrowing rate is fixed at 14.4% (plus contribution of 0.60% as per L.128/75) and remains unchanged for the entire duration of the financing.
-Once disbursed, the loan can be used immediately to buy the same day.
How much time is required for the loan to be approved?The cooperating bank approves the loan after assessing the application on the basis of the current credit policy and if the credit criteria are met.
**Approval may take from 20 minutes to 24 hours
If the request is made at the weekend, on a bank holiday or after 19:30, the Bank will respond on the next working day.
Where will the loan be repaid?
The loan is repaid at the branches of the cooperating bank, via e-banking or by standing order.

-If the loan is approved, a one-off payment of €5 towards the cost of the loan & €25 towards the cost of the examination will be taken with the 1st instalment.
- In the event of a product being returned, the purchase price cannot be refunded. If the return is made within 30 days, the product may be replaced or the credit refunded in accordance with RAVENNA's current change and return policy. Proof of purchase is required.
- The loan does not cover the purchase of gift cards - gift vouchers.
