www.ravenna.gr is the online shop for the exhibition and sale of products via the Internet of the Greek societe anonyme "RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.", having its registered office at the 61st km of Athens - Lamia Highway, Schimatari Boeotia, in Greece (VAT No.: 092897949 / Tax Office of Thebes / SA Reg. No.: 59170/11/Β/05/18 / General Commercial Registry No.: 13369717000). Before accessing the online shop and browsing our website, you are hereby invited to consult the following terms and conditions, which apply specifically to the use of the RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. online shop, located at www.ravenna.gr.
Please ensure that you agree to the following terms and conditions as your possible transaction with us through the above website www.ravenna.gr is governed by the following terms and conditions and your transaction with us implies acceptance of these terms.
1. Terms
RAVENNA SINGLE MEMBER S.A. reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update these terms and conditions for transactions carried out through its online shop. RAVENNA SINGLE MEMBERS.A. undertakes to inform the user of any such modification, as well as of any other changes that may be made, via the web page of the e-shop. It is clarified that the modification of the conditions does not affect orders already placed.

2. Provided information & Products
RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. guarantees the completeness and validity of the information contained in the website www.ravenna.gr, both in terms of the existence of the essential characteristics described, where applicable, for each product used, and in terms of the accuracy of the data relating to the services provided by the RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. online shop, subject to any technical or typographical errors that may have been unnoticed or unintentional or due to interruptions in the operation of the website caused by force majeure.

3. Limitation of liability
RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. guarantees to inform the end user in good time of any unavailability. The RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. is not responsible for any technical problems that users may encounter when attempting to access the website, or during such access, related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the website. Likewise, RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties and, in particular, unauthorized interventions by third parties in the products and/or services and/or information available through the website.

4. Intellectual property rights
The website www.ravenna.gr is the official website of RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. All the contents of the websites published by RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A., including images, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, services and products offered, are the intellectual property of RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. and are protected according to the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. The names, images, logos and distinguishing features that represent RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. and/or its online shop and/or contracted third parties, as well as their products or services, are exclusive trademarks and distinguishing features of RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. and/or www.ravenna.gr and/or the aforementioned third parties and are protected by Greek, European and international laws on trademarks and industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition.
In any case, their appearance and display on the www.ravenna.gr website shall not in any way constitute a transfer or assignment of any license or right to use them.

5. User Obligations
Users of the www.ravenna.gr website agree not to use it or the RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. online shop to transmit, post, e-mail or otherwise communicate any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, abusive, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, harmful to minors in any way, or which may not be transmitted under the law or under contractual or administrative relations (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of employment relations or covered by confidentiality agreements), infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any third party, contains software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, intentionally or unintentionally contravenes applicable Greek and Community legislation and regulations, may in any way harass third parties, and any content that is used to collect or store personal data about users.

6. Security
RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. recognizes the importance of the security of your personal information and electronic transactions and takes all necessary measures, using the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure your maximum security. All information relating to your personal information and transactions is secure and confidential. The security of the RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. online shop is achieved through the following methods:
Customer Authentication
The codes used to identify you are two: the Login Code (e-mail or username) and the Personal Secret Security Code (password), which each time you enter them will give you absolutely secure access to your personal information.
You may change your Personal Secret Security Code (password) and your electronic mail address (e-mail) as often as you wish. You are the only person with access to your information through the above-mentioned codes, and you are solely responsible for maintaining its secrecy and concealment from third parties. In the event of loss or disclosure, you must notify us immediately, otherwise the RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. online shop will not be responsible for the use of the password by an unauthorized person. For security reasons, it is recommended that you change your password on a regular basis and avoid using the same passwords that are easy to identify (e.g. date of birth). Automatic Logout

For your own security, you should also keep any information provided to you through the Service confidential and should not disclose it to any third party.

7. Personal Data Protection
The Company is responsible for processing and must manage and protect the personal data of visitors and users of the website in accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (679/2016), as well as in accordance with national, community and international legislation on the protection of the rights and freedoms of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as applicable from time to time.
The Company uses the visitor's information (First Name, Last Name, e-mail address, contact phone number, etc.), as long as they have been registered through the contact form on the website for communication purposes.
The Company uses the data of the visitors (e-mail address) once they have been registered in the newsletter, to receive RAVENNA's offers and newsletters.

The Company uses the user data (name, occupation, e-mail address, home address, landline telephone, mobile phone, etc.) registered on the website for all the above-mentioned processing purposes, as well as for the execution of transactions carried out through the online shop. User and transaction details are treated confidentially, as is the case with normal transactions in a commercial shop. Users are informed by the COMPANY, when providing their details in the context of their transactions and in the context of the present, that they consent to and accept the imminent processing of such personal data for the needs of a seamless and smooth transaction between the parties, as well as the transmission of such data to recipients who will be specifically identified and who are employees and affiliates of the COMPANY in the context of the execution of the contract entered into.
The existence of the right to information, access, deletion, opposition, restriction of use and portability is also hereby notified in accordance with articles 12-22 of General Data Protection Regulation and applicable national legislation). It is certified that only authorized staff will have access to transactional information and only when necessary, e.g. to process orders.
Otherwise, the COMPANY undertakes not to disclose the details of customers and their transactions, unless it has written authorization from them or is required to do so by a court order or other public authority. The personal data provided in the RAVENNA online shop will be used exclusively by the COMPANY or by companies collaborating with the COMPANY in order to support, promote and carry out the business relationship, to promote the goods and to inform the customers.

8. Products Purchase
RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. makes every effort to provide a high quality service. However, errors in prices and secondary product characteristics cannot be excluded and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no website downtime or "human" error when updating / listing the price of a product. For the security and efficiency of purchases, if you find that a product is offered at an abnormally low or high price in relation to its market value, please contact the customer service department at +30 2160701170 or via the e-mail form on the website before proceeding with your order.
We also recommend that you visit the Help & Terms of Use section before making a purchase from our online shop, where you will find useful information about the process and how to purchase products.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated e-mail with the details of your order. Once the order has been processed by RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.'s online sales department, you will receive a second confirmation email with the products that will be shipped to you. At this point, the contract between us is concluded.
As your order progresses, you will receive a series of automated e-mails updating you on the progress of your order. These messages will cover the following steps:
Pending: your order has been received by one of our partners, who is checking it for correctness, and we are waiting for you to pay the amount (for orders with a payment method: deposit into a bank account).
In progress : Your order is in the process of being collected from our warehouse.
Completed: This confirms that your order has been invoiced and shipped to the address you provided.
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled at your request or we have not been able to contact you to confirm it.
If your order is pending, you will be notified by email and/or text message. Alternatively, we will contact you at the phone numbers you provided when you registered or placed your order on our site.
There is no way to disable these updates, the delivery of which is a prerequisite for the correct progress of your order. We hereby invite you to ensure that you can receive these e-mails and to keep them for the duration of our transaction. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately if you do not receive the relevant e-mails, in accordance with the general terms and conditions governing our transactions. Your products will be delivered as soon as possible and in any case within a period not exceeding thirty days from the conclusion of the contract. Exceptions are products with the status of Delivery, Coming Soon and Made to Order, for which there is a separate delivery notification.

9. E-Shop returns policy
You can return a product in its original packaging, if the packaging has not been affected by weather phenomena, etc., in order for us to refund you the price, as long as you notify us of this decision in writing using the communication form on the website, or by calling the Customer Service at +30 2160701170, within 30 calendar days from the date of the order. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legalization documents and delivery receipts. The cost of returning the product is not covered by RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. and is the responsibility of the customer. The amount refunded by RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. does not include the cost of the initial shipment to you if it exceeds the cost of a worldwide postal service.
The refund of the price of the returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will be carried out following a written notification of your request for refund of the products and we will accept their return as long as and to the extent that such products are delivered to the Company.
We reserve the right to refuse a product return or replacement during its return.
For products marked "Made to Order", the Company will enter the exact quantity ordered by the Customer and as such no changes, cancellations or returns will be accepted.
You do not have the right to withdraw in the cases of article 3l of law 2251/94 and in any other case provided for by law or the present in accordance with the law
 
Store return policy      
Within 30 days as of the date of your order, by means of presenting the purchase receipt you are able to return a product in its original packaging and receive a credit note
Products with evident indications of use shall not be accepted
We regret that we cannot accept returns of installation materials (e.g. adhesives, putty, etc.) or any modified/used product. Transportation, installation and other additional services will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse any product return or replacement.
The customer undertakes to return the goods to the company's warehouse
For products marked "Made to Order", the Company will enter the exact quantity ordered by the Customer and as such no changes, cancellations or returns will be accepted     
You do not have the right to withdraw in the cases of article 3l of law 2251/94 and in any other case provided for by law or the present in accordance with the law.

10. Supplier Responsibility and Warranty. Vendor Liability for defects.
1. The manufacturer of any product you buy is responsible for any damage caused by a defect in its product. Any agreement limiting or excluding the manufacturer's liability is null and void. Claims for damages against the manufacturer expire three years after the injured party was informed or should have been informed of the damage, the defect and the identity of the manufacturer. The rights of the injured party against the manufacturer are extinguished ten years after the product in question has been put on the market. If you are in any doubt as to the identity of the manufacturer of a product purchased from us, please contact us.
2. Each durable product is accompanied by a written warranty from the manufacturer of the product, or the company that imported the product into the EU, or the company that affixes its marks to the product and appears to be the manufacturer (otherwise known as "the supplier"). Please pay particular attention to the terms and conditions of the warranty provided by the Supplier and to the other accompanying documents and information included with the Products under the Supplier's responsibility, in particular those relating to information on the safe use and maintenance of the Products. Particular attention is drawn to the following

The supplier must provide the consumer with clear and complete instructions in writing, in the Greek language or with internationally recognized symbols, for the safe use, preservation, maintenance and full utilization of the product, as well as information on the risks involved in its use and maintenance.
4. The warranty must contain, in simple, legible and understandable terms in the Greek language, at least the company name and address of the guarantor, the product to which the warranty applies, its exact content, its duration and the extent of its territorial validity. The warranty must comply with the rules of good faith and may not be negated by excessive exclusion clauses. The duration of the warranty must be reasonable in relation to the potential life of the product. The potential life of the product is the reasonably expected period of time during which the product can be used in accordance with its intended purpose, even after repair or replacement of parts, until wear and tear from regular use renders the product unusable or its continued use economically unviable. In particular, for state-of-the-art products, the duration of the warranty must be reasonable in relation to the period during which these products are expected to remain technologically up-to-date, if this period is shorter than their potential lifetime. If, during the period of validity of the warranty , a defect appears in the product and the supplier refuses to repair it or delays the repair beyond the time necessary, the consumer has the right to ask for the product to be replaced by a new one with the same characteristics and quality or, if it is not repaired, to ask to withdraw from the contract. If the repair time required exceeds fifteen (15) working days, the consumer shall be entitled to request the temporary replacement of the product for the duration of the repair. The Supplier's failure to fulfil its obligations shall not affect the validity of the warranty, which the Consumer may invoke and which the Supplier shall be required to honor. In the event of replacement of the Product or its spare part, the warranty shall be automatically renewed for its entire duration with respect to the new Product or spare part.
5. Over and above the warranty, the supplier of new durable goods must guarantee consumers the continuous provision of technical services for the maintenance and repair of the goods for a period equal to their possible lifetime. The supplier must also ensure that consumers can obtain the spare parts and other products needed to use the product in accordance with its intended purpose for the entire possible lifetime of the product.
6. In application of the above provisions, RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A., as long as it is the Supplier of a product, as defined above, will provide you with all possible assistance to fulfill the terms of the Supplier's warranty, free of charge. This is without prejudice to the out-of-warranty maintenance services that we may provide to you on a case-by-case basis at the applicable rate.
7. RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. has all the obligations towards you that the Civil Code imposes on the seller. In particular, in the event of a defect in the product sold to you, you may (a) demand that it be repaired or replaced free of charge, unless this is impossible or involves disproportionate costs; (b) demand a reduction in the price; and (c) withdraw from the contract, unless the defect is insignificant. The above obligations shall not apply if the defect is caused by you or by force majeure in the narrow or broad sense. In any case, the Products must be accompanied by the necessary legalization documents and receipts. In any event, these obligations are subject to a limitation period of two years.

11. Order cancelation
Without limiting the provisions on Withdrawal in Article 9, the order may be cancelled in the following cases Before completing the order, during the electronic ordering process, you can click on "back" and remove the quantities of products from your shopping basket by clicking on the "remove" button. If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been dispatched, you can call +30 2160701170 and one of our staff will take care of the cancellation of your order. Once you have received the product, call us on +30 2160701170 or contact us via the email form on the website, explaining the reason for the cancellation. A member of our team will contact you immediately to advise you of your options. If your order has already been invoiced, no cancellations will be accepted.

12. Payment Methods
E-shop
Card payment:
The online shop of RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. accepts all Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express credit, debit and prepaid cards. All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform using TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who can then decrypt it with the appropriate key.
For purchases using your credit card, follow the instructions in our online shop. You will be asked to fill in the order form and the number and expiry date as well as the 3-digit CVV number printed on the back of your credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card, you must be present with your credit card and identification when you receive your order. In this case (i.e. payment by credit card) it is not permitted for the order to be received by a third party who presents the credit card and wishes to pay on your behalf. If the order is made in the name and on behalf of a company, the credit card you use must be a corporate card. This means that it must have been issued in the name of the company. The holder of the company credit card must also be present with their card and ID when the order is received.
Buy in instalments: You can purchase products in up to 12 interest-free instalments for purchases between €100.00 and €500.00, up to 24 interest-free instalments for purchases between €501.00 and €3,500.00 and up to 36 interest-free instalments for purchases of €3,501.00 or more using your credit card. With AMERICAN EXPRESS & DINERS cards, you can buy products in up to 4 interest-free instalments for purchases between €100.00 and €500.00, up to 8 interest-free instalments for purchases between €501.00 and €3,500.00 and up to 12 interest-free instalments for purchases of €3,501.00 or more.
For heating equipment purchases, you can pay up to 3 interest-free installments using any card
 
Physical store
Card payment: The physical store of RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. accepts all credit, debit and prepaid cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.

According to the applicable tax provisions, documents worth more than €500 (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and documents to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) should be paid ONLY in the following ways:
• Deposit/transfer to a bank account
• Credit or debit card charge
Documents for professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) worth more than €500 and up to €2,999.99 can also be paid in cash, but they are NOT deducted from the customer's expenses.

13. Difference between store and e-shop prices
The product pricing policy of RAVENNA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. it is the same in all our distribution channels: stores, catalogs, e-shop. However, for selected products we have created an action called "WebOffer", where their price in the e-shop is different from the rest of the distribution channels and is only valid for purchases made through this e-shop and either shipped to your home or collected from the store. In any case, although we make every effort to ensure that the details and prices listed in our e-shop are accurate, we cannot rule out the possibility of typographical or technical errors in product prices and features.
