The sample will be added in your cart
Select more tiles (up to 6 ) that you like and add them in the same way
Click complete and complete your order as a registered user.

The cost of the service is 25 Euros plus VAT and includes the transport of the samples to the customer within our country.*
Our customer has the right to choose up to 6 samples from the category of tiles, granites and mosaics, which RAVENNA will deliver to the customer's address, cut to the approximate size of 15x15. If, within 90 days from the date of purchase (order) of this service, the customer selects even 1 of these 6 products and its value exceeds EUR 200 (the value of one or up to all 6 selected items and not the entire order, e.g. adhesives, sinks, furniture, etc.), this amount (€ 25.00) will be deducted from the order through the e-shop. The order must be placed only in the e-shop and not in the physical store. Exceptions are made for products in the Prive category, which are made to order, as well as for all special items in all categories such as decor, listello, etc. and all decorative products sold by the piece and not by the m2.
*Samples are sent through SpeedEx courier service at the customer address within our country in regions accessible to and serviced by SpeedEx.
In remote or inaccessible areas where there is no access for the SpeedEx company, the customer will receive the package from the office warehouse of its representative in the possible region or prefecture. The delivery is carried out from 2 to 3 working days.
Only 1 coupon can be redeemed per order and customer.
No changes or returns of samples are accepted.
This service can be paid through bank deposit, debit/credit card charge or cash on delivery.
