Order Cancelation

Cancellation of an order is only accepted if the order has not yet been executed and the goods have not yet been delivered (i.e. no delivery note, retail receipt or invoice has been issued), and it must be done either by e-mail or by telephone.
You have the option of receiving information on the progress of your order either by telephone or by e-mail.
