What is covered by the warranty?

Warranty period - local scope of the warranty

The warranty period for each product varies according to the type of product.
The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the product and covers the whole of Greece.

How to fix the problem?

RAVENNA will determine whether the product is covered by the warranty. If the product or part thereof is found to be defective, it will ensure that the problem is corrected or repaired. If deemed necessary, it will replace the defective part. If the product is no longer part of the RAVENNA range, RAVENNA will replace it with a similar product of the same value.

Warranty terms

The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase of the product, provided that it was purchased from a RAVENNA store. In order to verify the date of purchase, it is necessary to keep the sales receipt, as it is the only proof of the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse or poor storage, lack of cleanliness or scratches/impacts or any other type of accident. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, products placed outdoors or in a wet environment, or non-domestic use, unless otherwise stated. Maintenance/care instructions

For the warranty to be valid, it is necessary to follow the maintenance instructions for each product. All maintenance instructions can be found in the RAVENNA store and on www.ravenna.gr.

General rights

In any case, in addition to the rights provided by the guarantee, all the rights applicable to the consumer under the existing regulations and laws relating to the sales contract are recognized. The consumer's statutory rights are cumulative to the rights provided by the guarantee.
